The vacancy increased over the previous quarter, with net absorption totaling negative (751,841) square feet in the first quarter. Rental rates ended the first quarter at $27.56, a slight increase from $27.52 in the previous quarter. A total of 19 buildings were delivered to the market in the quarter, totaling 1,921,321 square feet, with 2,288,834 square feet still under construction at the end of the quarter.
