Michelle Arredondo is a Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company. She has approximately 7 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Michelle manages a three-building complex totaling 356,175 square feet in the Greenspoint District.

Michelle handles the day-to-day operations of the buildings. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to building and maintaining tenant and owner relations, supervising on-site staff, generating monthly operating reports for owner’s review, preparing annual operating and capital budgets, meeting with vendors and contractors to obtain proposals, overseeing A/R and A/P, assisting or overseeing capital projects, managing new tenant buildouts and reviewing monthly statements.

Michelle started at Lincoln as a Property Administrator, was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in May 2014 and Property Manager in January 2016. She has experience in four different accounting systems: MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline and Yardi. When she was a property administrator she would travel to other properties to assist with training personnel. Michelle has experience with office and industrial buildings. She has proven to be very flexible, reliable, and a quick study. She has been a member of IREM for five years.

Education – Bachelor of Science in Business Marking, University of North Carolina at Charlotte
