Kevin Higgins is Vice President of Construction and Engineering for Lincoln Property Company. He has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. He oversees all aspects of Construction for Lincoln’s assignments in Houston.

In his 37 years of experience, Kevin has been directly responsible for such notable commercial properties as Wells Fargo Plaza (1.7 million sq. ft.), One Shell Plaza (1.5 million sq. ft.), Amoco Center (1.25 million sq. ft.), Marathon Oil Tower (1.2 million sq. ft.), Bank One Center (800,000 sq. ft.), the Houston Galleria Shopping Center, along with a multitude of various commercial, retail, and industrial projects ranging from 30,000 to 750,000 sq. ft.

Construction and Development projects Kevin has been involved with are:

Energy Crossing Two – Ground up development includes an 8-story 350,000 square foot concrete cast-in-place high-rise office building along with a 4-level, 1,300 car precast parking garage. Scheduled completion is January 2014.

The Pines Phase II – Ground up development of three tilt wall single story industrial buildings totaling 150,000 square feet located in MontgomeryCounty. Scheduled completion is the April 2014.

Park Ten Center – Ground up development of two 150,000 square foot office buildings along with a three level precast parking garage. Estimated completion is the August 2014.
