Cindy Williams has 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including 18 with Lincoln Property Company. She has successfully demonstrated her abilities in all aspects of property management including tenant relations, staffing, procedures, and financial reporting, as well as her proficiency in maximizing the value of an owner’s investment by managing operations in accordance with the management agreement.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail have enabled Cindy to establish and maintain strong relations with tenants and effectively manage/oversee various size portfolios of office and retail space of up to 1.2 million square feet. Cindy has also managed tenant improvements on various sized projects as well as $15 million of building renovations for a new tenant.
Cindy’s experience has equipped her with the necessary skills and knowledge required for preserving tenant satisfaction, hiring and supervising staff, planning, organizing and directing administrative, security and life safety procedures, and financial reporting such as cash forecasts, budgets, reconciliations and five year capital management.
Regularly scheduled inspections and ongoing maintenance programs to prevent or identify issues along with the coordination and delegation of the repairs to remedy the same have remained Cindy’s focus and enabled her to meet and often exceed an owner’s investment goals.
