Lincoln Property Company executed five leases totaling more than 52,464 square feet at the three-building, 804,541 square feet Brookhollow Central development on the North Loop. This activity brings the project to 63% leased with 296,000 square feet available across the three buildings. The new tenants include: Integranet Health leased over 21,000 square feet, represented by Jack Warmington and Neal Golden of NGKF; Innowatts leased 12,330 square feet, represented by Drew Firestone and Noah Kruger of Savills; Bancorp South Bank leased 9,840 square feet, represented by Eugene Terry of JLL; Colt Midstream leased 5,106 square feet, represented by John Amini of CBRE and Kitchell leased close to 4,000 square feet, represented by Emily Howard-Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield.
